Q: What is the warranty of the JXP Trading?

A: We promise that product without damage within 30 days are refundable, all products have a 90 days warranty. Whenever there is a problem, we will deal with it for you as soon as possible to ensure that you have the most satisfactory shopping experience in JXP.

 

Q: How do I pay for my purchase?

A: We currently only accept credit card payments.

 

Q: How do I change or cancel my order after I’ve placed it?

A: In-stock items normally ship within 2-3 business days after an order has been placed. We will accept changes or the cancellation of your order for items that have not shipped. To change or cancel your order, contact our Customer Service via email contact@qomotop.com or facebook on live chat. Once an item has shipped, cancellation is not possible.
